Will the ability to pledge on Kickstarter extend beyond the holidays?
Yes. We understand the timing of this can be tough with the holidays approaching. To help with this we will be using the late pledge function here on Kickstarter which will continue to allow pledges until the end of January.

Are the future retail territories for these games the same as the Kickstarter delivery territories?
No, for some of the titles our post-Kickstarter available territories will change. If there is no change, they will not be listed. Those titles with changes are:
Pulitzer: Worldwide for the KS campaign, but for retail we only have access to the US, CA, UK, AU, and NZ.
Yeti Snacks, Cup the Crab, Orbita, & Phantom of the Opera: US and CA only for the Kickstarter, then US, CA, UK, AU, and NZ.

Do you have any stretch goals planned?
We build all of our games from the beginning with all of the levels of production quality and value that we want the game to exist with right from the beginning. We also don’t hide new game content as the games are designed fully for how we want them to be played. 25th Century Games prides itself on the creation of high quality games at affordable prices, and these titles are no exception.

What about US tariffs?
We have a long way to go before these games will be through production and ready for the boat to the US. A lot can change during that time. Should tariffs still exist at a level where we can’t fully absorb those fees, then a tariff subsidy will be added to the pledge manager, which is a feature within Backerkit. This will be kept to as minimal a fee as possible for our US backers.

Does the backer count on a game show the total for all add-ons too?
No, it does not. On the reward tier, Kickstarter only shows the number of people that have chosen that tier to back as the starting point for their order. The quantity of games selected as add-ons does not pull forward to update the backer totals of those games on the pledge tier.

Will games ship as soon as they are ready at a fulfillment center?
Your order will ship to you once all of the games you purchased are available to ship in a single delivery. For example, if a game arrives a month before the other two games in your order, all three games will be held to ship together. We have offered split shipping in the past, so that will likely be an option here too, watch the updates for more details once we start getting shipments into fulfillment centers.

Do you offer group pledges?
No. All of the games are already discounted to our best purchase price. We do offer flat fee shipping to a single address, which can help lower the overall purchase price by dollar cost averaging down the shipping.

Will the backer bonuses be available at retail later?
We will have a limited number of the backer bonus items available to be sold directly from us in our web store and conventions. They will not be available in retail distribution.

Are Backer Bonuses included when game is selected as an Add-On?
Yes. Regardless if you select the game as the initial pledge tier OR you select the game as an add-on, the backer bonuses are mapped to the item and will be included.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
